George Alexandru Baldovin George Baldovin was born in Iasi, Romania, to a family of artists. With the help of his brother, Jul Baldovin, he was introduced into world of music. He started to play guitar-vocal in a variety of genres, including pop,folk,country,blues,j azz. At the age of 12 he began ballet school "Octav Bancila" Iasi while still continuing with his music. He and his brother started a band called"Baldwin Brothers”. Their band won awards and concerts in Romania and abroad . George began his professional career as a ballet dancer at early age, first in Opera House Iasi and Opera House Constanta. Soon after he joined the Opera House Maribor-Slovenia, under direction of Eduard Clug, In 2007 he moved to London to join European Ballet London. He performed with HNK Zagreb first in 2008 and then again in 2010, where he stayed for almost ten years. Throughout his ballet career he performed demi-soloist and soloist roles in all the major classical ballets as well as in modern ballets. In parallel with his ballet career, he composed instrumental-electronic music for modern and contemporary ballets, for media, and has collaborated with different musical artists. Eugen Mihai Dobrescu Eugen Mihai Dobrescu was born in Bucharest-Romania. He attend the ballet school "Floria Capsali "-Bucharest at the age of 10 and graduates in 1998. He continues his education attending at the university of ballet "Gheorghe Cristea" and he graduates in 2004 on the choreography department. He starts working as a professional ballet dancer at age of 18 at Opera House Bucharest and soon after he becomes principal ballet dancer. After 6 years with the Bucharest Opera House he joins the Slovene Opera House Maribor, under the direction of Eduard Clug as a principal dancer where he performs for several years followed by tours and different galas and events. In 2007 he joins HNK Zagreb as first soloist where he performs for 10 years in all the major classical and modern ballets. During his career he guesting and performing with the companies abroad in Germany, Netherlands, Italy, United States of America, France, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Russia and Hungary. Modern Ballet Modern ballet is genre of dance which developed in the early 20th century as a new way of expression, a more free and natural one, as opposed to the traditional, highly technical classical ballet. Being focused on spontaneity and self expression, the classes can develop your creative thinking by allowing you to have more freedom in the movement and to obtain better physical and emotional awareness.
