Character dance is known as a sub-division of classical ballet with origins in folk dance from different regions and countries in the world. These countries: Spain, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, have a strong presence in classical ballet performance.

Power Ballet

Power ballet program is a workout combining several body training disciplines, including ballet, fitness, pilates, yoga and aerobic, specially designed to train the muscle memory while focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, endurance and correct weight placement.

Body Fit & Stretch 

It includes several disciplines for training the whole body, such as ballet, fitness, pilates, yoga and aerobics, and is specially designed to strengthen muscle memory with an emphasis on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles, flexibility, proper posture, endurance and proper weight transfer.

En Pointe

The "en pointe" technique is a part of classical ballet developed in the 19th century during which the dancer shifts all the body's weight onto the tips of their toes, using ballet pointe shoes with a hardened toe box.

Repertoire

 

A "repertoire ballet class" is a dance class in which ballet dancers practice and refine the choreography and movements of specific ballet performances or pieces that are part of the standard classical or contemporary ballet repertoire. In these classes, dancers work on perfecting their technique, mastering intricate steps, and achieving the stylistic nuances required for the selected ballet pieces.
