Eugen Mihai Dobrescu Eugen Mihai Dobrescu was born in Bucharest-Romania. He attend the ballet school "Floria Capsali "-Bucharest at the age of 10 and graduates in 1998. He continues his education attending at the university of ballet "Gheorghe Cristea" and he graduates in 2004 on the choreography department. He starts working as a professional ballet dancer at age of 18 at Opera House Bucharest and soon after he becomes principal ballet dancer. After 6 years with the Bucharest Opera House he joins the Slovene Opera House Maribor, under the direction of Eduard Clug as a principal dancer where he performs for several years followed by tours and different galas and events. In 2007 he joins HNK Zagreb as first soloist where he performs for 10 years in all the major classical and modern ballets. During his career he guesting and performing with the companies abroad in Germany, Netherlands, Italy, United States of America, France, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Russia and Hungary. Contemporary Contemporary dance emerged in the mid 20th century. It is a genre of dance which combines several styles and is influenced by both classical and modern ballet. It is considered a very expressive and dynamic form of dance. It incorporates fluidity of movement, focus on the floor work, bouncing, falls, and using gravity. Because it is not so rigid in rules, contemporary dance is very accessible, has a great range of movement and can be performed to any style of music. Unlike other conventional dance styles, it is freer and offers the possibility to explore the creativity of a dancer. It uses advanced techniques of classical ballet to open up new dance ideas. It uses minimalist costumes and sets, with no strict and rigorous structure. Neoclassical ballet was known as the revival or adaptation of classical ballet and is defined by the abstract movements and new positions outside the classical ballet, and a slightly touch of risque in physicality. The recreational children’s ballet program is influenced by the trends in the preschool ballet techniques. It is carefully designed to be the perfect introduction to the basics of dance. It encourages our children to stay healthy, be physically active, build a sense for musicality and rhythm, and gain discipline. Ballet classes can also help your child to become comfortable in dancing or performing in class or in front of the public . It contributes in building strong self-confidence. Being at the studio is a fun way for your child to meet other kids and socialize in a constructive manner. Register “ BALLERINA’S“ Kod čovjeka je pokret prisutan već u majčinom trbuhu. Pokret i ples njegova su iskonska potreba i najprirodniji način izražavanja. Djeluju odgojno na cjelokupni djetetov psihofizički razvoj. Razvijanje motorike, samodiscipline, izražavanje emocija, razvoj smisla za estetiku, koordinacija, koncentracija samo su neke od dobrobiti plesa i pokreta u dječjem razvoju ali i kasnije. Ples je za djecu najprirodniji način izražavanja sebe te veliki pokretač razvoja kreativnosti i spontanosti. Kreativnost u pokretu ima važnu ulogu u procesu poticanja intenzivnog ranog razvoja djeteta predškolske dobi (Janković, 2010.). Ples je umjetnost koja integrira psihološki, kognitivni, emocionalni i socijalni aspekt ljudskog postojanja. Program Ballerina“s obuhvaća znanja stečena na studiju baletne pedagogije i psihoterapije pokretom i plesom. Kroz igru ćemo istraživati i upoznavati dijelove tijela, a improvizacijom poticati kreativnost, socijalni kontakt i razvoj suradnje. Upoznat ćemo se s osnovama klasičnog baleta kroz osnovne pozicije ruku i nogu, prostornu orijentaciju i istraživanje kvalitete/dinamike pokreta. Razvijat ćemo fleksibilnost, koncentraciju, koordinaciju, disciplinu i izražajnost. Kroz različite vježbe upoznavat ćemo se s glazbom i njezinim elementima, istraživat ćemo ritmove i odnos glazbe i plesa. Djeca će imati prilike upoznati glazbu velikih klasičnih baleta, izvoditi plesne pokrete i uvježbavati plesne koreografije. Koristit ćemo se rekvizitima koji će kod djece potaknuti kreativnost, dok će pozitivna atmosfera puna podrške nastojati potaknuti veselje u pokretanju vlastitog tijela, razvijati maštu i svjesnost o vlastitim emocijama. Program Ballerina“s, osim usvajanjem plesnih koraka, bavi se i poticanjem izražavanja emocija te znanjima stečenim kroz četverogodišnju edukaciju psihoterapije pokretom i plesom nastoji djeci pomoći da kroz pronalaženje unutarnjih resursa nauče izražavati i upravljati jakim osjećajima. Ples kroz neverbalni pristup omogućava poticanje razvoja samopoštovanja i autonomnosti, poboljšanje prilagođavanja na različite situacije i smanjenje napetosti raznim vježbama opuštanja i disanja. Classical Ballet Classical ballet is recognized as the foundation of all styles of dance and is known for graceful movement, long body lines and complex technique. Recreational adult ballet works on the same principles and theories, but is adjusted and designed for this group. It allows the students to work in their own tempo in a relaxed environment. The focus of recreational ballet is to develop a great awareness of the art of ballet, to refine the quality of the body, gain strength and flexibility, and to improve coordination and body posture without having any pressure of exams or performances.
